Yes, you can always upgrade your hosting package any point in time during your contract period (normally 1 year). All our packages are pro-rated, unless specified.
Pro-rated account means that if you used half year worth of service on package 1, you do not need to pay full for package 2, infact we will charge you accordingly for package 2 only.
